Jenna Marbles "Bounce That Dick"

Jenna Marble just released a video yesterday called "bounds that dick." She begins by declaring that since the day she started growing pubes she was told to shake her ass, now its her turn to ask males to bounces that thing between their legs. Its hilarious, but, even as a female I wouldn't want to see all that from a music video. Guys are nice to look at from the waist up with a toned body and cute face. I guess the ass shaking in hip hop music video will live on...

Iconatomy by George Chamoun

Angelina Jolie and Elizabeth Taylor

I typed in "celebrity" in Google images to find a picture picture that best represent pop culture. I found the picture I used on my banner by a Swedish jewelry artist named George Chamoun. He called it Iconatomy. I found his tumblr but it seems like he discontinued using it.

He merged two famous celebs from old hollywood period with today's celebrities. The picture i used was of Angelina Jolie and Elizabeth Taylor for my banner. I'm a huge fan of both, ironically they are so similar (adopting kids, multiple marriages, strong-willed, controversial, and one of the most beautiful women that grace the silver screen). Elizabeth Taylor died this year a day before my 20th birthday, I wish I had met her.

I knew it was Elizabeth Taylor based on the eyebrows (there are two woman in this world i envy their eyebrows her and Megan Fox's) and course Angelina's lips were recognizable.

Here are few Icons he merged from yesterdays and from today and they totally make sense:

Rob Pattinson and James Dean
Both stand out amongst the young hollywood crowd and most importantly their famous hair! It's almost as famous as Justin Bieber's hair.
Cary Grant and George Clooney
There are both a man's man and woman from different backgrounds all melt at their feet. They can also get away with being a playboy.
Marilyn Monroe and Scarlett Johansson
Sex bomb. Sex Bomb. They both have this career where there looks are what everyone talks about, but at it becomes a fault when they want to take on serious role. The older Scarlett is in this business, the more people forget that she can be a serious actress. Director David Fincher was looking for the right girl to play his latest thriller, "Girl with the Dragon Tattoo" had said she is "too sexy." In other words...they didn't think she was good enough so they needed an excuse.
Audrey Hepburn and Natalie Portman
Academy award winners, elegant, and the elf-like features..what more can you say?

I've always said all of these people remind me of this or that person. Glad someone agrees with me.

Requiem For a Dream

I subscribed to BlockBuster because i'm just over Netflix. Call me old, but I like holding my DVDs and that will probably never change. I think the price hike for those who prefer that method is ridiculous...but anyways. The first movie that i was dying watch was Requiem for a Dream.

If you have seen Rihanna's We Found Love, then you had a taste of what this movie is about. Every time I watched the music video, someone would comment "Requiem For a Dream."

The movie chronicles four characters: one played by the yummy Jared Leto, a young Jennifer Connolly, Marlon Waynes and Ellen Burstyn. It's a wonderful cast. Marlon Waynes proves that he has the right acting chops and should do more serious roles. Jared Leto once again proves he can successfully be a great musician and an actor. I was surprised by Jennifer being cast in this. I don't know why but she came off as the "stand there and be pretty" actress. However, she did a good job. But the person who stole the show was Ellen's character who gets a phone call from who she believes is a producer of the show she watches everyday telling her that she is going to be on the show. She is and good-hearted old woman living by her self, her son is played by Jared Leto and let just say wouldn't win son of the year. You feel for her while she struggles to accept yourself.

They all get deep into drugs. Jared, Jennifer, and Marlon are junkies who would do anything to get their fix. Jared and Jennifer are in a drug in fused relationship, they love each other..but they are bad for each other. Almost to the point they would do some questionable things for drugs. Marlon is single but misses his mom, Ellen grows dependent on her diet pills that she feels she needs in order to be on the show. Whenever someone does drug, you don't actually see it, but you can feel the effect of it. There are imagery that depicts what drugs they are doing.

This movie could hands down be an effective anti-drug message. Its sure got its point across. Darren Aronofsky is a genius. Now i'm going to watch Rihanna's We Found Love.

I would recommend you to see this movie, only if you aren't easily offended or can stomach "sinful" behaviors.
